Can be a bit pricey, but really good service and knowledgeable staff. Have made a few simple mistakes lately when fixing my car, considering finding a new garage.
Called for a quote and received it over 3 months later after I'd already had the work done elsewhere.
Can't comment on any of there other service but wouldn't go back based upon this experience.
Shame as they're just around the corner.
I had a problem with the under side of the car due to the amount of water laying on the road, garage in Poringland would not even look at it, so called into Auto Tec in Harleston and they helped us within minutes, very impressed.
After breaking down we limped our camper to the nearest garage.. GM Autotech. What a lovely, lovely bunch of people. Made us tea, helped the RAC man fix the van let us use the loos! We were there 3 hours and they couldn’t of been nicer.. thank you so much.. finally on our way to campsite ❤️
First time using, definitely going to be our regular mechanics now! Accurate quote which was a great price for the work, super fast fix and all staff extremely polite. Couldn't recommend more!

I took my car down to GM's to get a price for a hose to be fitted, they took a photo of the hose and the chap said he would phone me the next day with a price, so when he didn't I rang them again, the receptionist said he was at lunch, she assured me that he definitely would ring me back but he didn't ! if they couldn't do the job then just a phone call as promised would have been nice. This is our local garage so not impressed whatsoever.
This place is amazing. Staff are so friendly and helpful and will not be beaten by a mechanical problem. Always come here. Best in the area
