I’d like to thank all the staff for helping me, especially when I’ve been”struggling”
The receptionists have a very challenging job, as do the doctors and nurses..being a very busy practice.
I had to go to the surgery on Saturday 15 June 2019 and saw Jilly ( I can’t remember her double barrelled surname) mind you, I can’t remember my own name sometimes!
Jilly listened and was very thorough. I came away feeling a bit more positive regarding managing my condition .Thank you everyone..

Unless your a quick easy fix that they can get them paid well for, don't waste your time with the Beacon Medical Group.
Will not read your econsults properly, thinking a tablet that makes you drowsy (as a side effect) will stop you waking up several times a night!
Will not even see my young daughter despite multiple emails and 2 formal complaints!

Aren't given a vague idea when your appointment will be so you have to keep the whole day and risk being on the loo or something the moment they call! Or just not do anything!
Dr let it ring about twice then hung up couldnt get to it. Despite just being in the nxt room. Thoughtless.
My wife and I attended for Covid19 vaccination this afternoon (8 Feb). Asked some covid questions at entrance then booked in. Went straight into GPs room together and all done and out in less than 3 minutes.
Excellent organisation by the staff.
Receiving news that my condition prevents me from driving.
I received some bad news about my health and even though I was a little grumpy, the staff have done all they can and more to help me come to terms with the situation. This practice maybe busy, and you may have to wait to be seen, but the staff have not lost the personal touch.
Just been for my covid injection.Fabulous ,efficient method.In and out in 3 minutes , unlike my husband's experience of queueing for 2 hours at home park on Monday.Thank you . Irene Bennett

Have been with Glenside GPs for over 30years. They are very professional and thorough. Nothing is too much trouble. The pharmacy is very helpful and also the receptionists.
