We bought three different cakes for two separate occasions from here. The cakes were all delicious, soft and looked very nice. Everyone enjoyed it so much that we couldn’t stop talking about it. We definitely will be ordering from here for all occasions and highly recommend this bakery!!
I saw this place when I went on my weekly shop with the family and decided to check it out. I was blown out this world by the pure quality this business provides with not only the bakery items but with the servicing and friendliness as well. The items are all made fresh in the open kitchen which is for the customers to see and are then placed beautifully into the glass show cases. This place will blow up for sure so better head there before it gets too packed!! Me and my family have already decided to treat ourselves every time we come to do our weekly shopping so we will be regular customers from here on out????
Several times we ordered cakes from Glaze cakes and pastries. The birthday cake design was even better than we imagined & my children's so happy. Got a lot of compliments from the guests. Thanks Justin, you made our day sooo special. I highly recommend for the butterscotch with nuts flavored cake.
There has been a dearth of shops selling good honest baked goods in Havant but the addition of GLAZE in December 2023 has changed all that.
Slight hidden in Park Road opposite the burger joint and next to the pizza Place on the west side Its worth crossing the road for.
Ostensibly a Coffee Shop that sells patisserie it is really the over way round
All goods are made fresh daily so for the hot snacks you have to get there early as the staff do not keep them on heat, and dry them out like most coffee shops. In my case I had a bacon and cheese croissant that reheated at home and was melt in the mouth.
As for the cakes well they speak for themselves. For the average Havant shopper who uses one of the 17 other coffee shops, they may seem slightly higher priced, but in fact are cheaper than M&S or Waitrose individually. Moreover the slices weigh in at over 200g and easily can be sliced in half as a tea time dessert. My wife and her carer who normally would eat a box of 4 cream cakes on hairdressing days had to stop at the biscoff one between them leaving the Mango and the Strawberry one alone
The Éclairs are incredibly old fashioned but my favourite was the Pistachio Crosstini which was incredibly light.
GLAZE is for those who want more than just a sponge coated with cream. And if you someone really keen on baking, then definitely have a chat with the Owner/BakerMr Joseph. You will soon realise his knowledge and passion which goes into each slice of his Art..????????
First time visiting, the display of treats in the window tempted us in. I had a pistachio cruffin which was amazing! I will be visiting again soon to try some of their other treats.

I had seen Glaze as I was walking past on the street and thought I’d give it a shot a few months ago. Since then this is my go to shop when it comes to cakes/pastry. It’s fantastic and is easily one of the best, if not the best place I have had cake from. The quality and taste for what you pay is second to none, brilliant job Glaze team.
