This, in my experience, is an indication of a well run business.
Very friendly and helpful. I was on holiday in Devon and after a very long drive on rough ground heard a squeeling noise on my car. Naturally worried as I had my young family with me and were mid holiday, the guys checked all the car, made sure it was safe and the problem ended up to be something minor. However, they took the worry out of the rest of the holiday and reassured us. I would totally recommend them.
