Came here for the first time today because I needed a fill in desperately and most places are closed on Sunday’s. They took me right away. The girl who did my nails was very pleasant and she did a good job with my nails. Gave me exactly what I asked for and so did the lady who did my eyebrows. It seems I came at a good time right after they opened. Shortly after that they got pretty busy and since the place is small it felt crowded. I’d say the only thing I didn’t like was having to pay in cash instead of by credit card. I never have cash on me. I used the ATM they have right there in the waiting area and they did give me back the dollar for the fee. I’d come here again.
This place is the best at what they do. I absolutely love coming in there, the owner is always very attentive with me and my girls. Sissy has some wonderful girls and guys working there and they are all the best nail techs .. Love me Some Glamorous nails. Special shout out to Tina, Ling, Vee, and Peter !!! ❤️❤️
Avoid this place for pedicures. Decided to go here on the recommendation of some people. First, the guy doing mine was doing the cuticle trimming before taking my old nail polish off. He cut my toe so bad while doing it then proceeded to take the nail polish off immediately after which stung like crazy. I should have just left then but I stayed. He cut the nails on one foot then forgot about the other until he started the polish. Didn't file them at all so I had to do that by myself later. During the hot stone massage all the oil was rubbed off my leg making the heat from the stone too hot, which I told him, and he put the stone right back on my leg. Had to pull away because it was burning me. I got gel polish on my toes and within 2 days it has already started chipping off. Took almost a week for my toe to heal from him cutting it. And it was the most expensive pedicure I've ever had.
I went here a month ago to get my nails dipped and it took 3 hours but the quality was great so i didn’t complain. i went again a week ago and got them dipped again and it took almost 2 hours. not even four days later i have two nails that have broken completely off and three more that are close. he also tried to skip putting tips on some of my nails so none of them are the same length??? as well as bumpy. if i’m going to spend $45+ and 2 hours+ on myself it better last and this place just isn’t it. they aren’t consistent and they will charge you a different price every time
I went to this nail salon hoping to buy a gift certificate. When asking for a price and then quoted for a price once I went to go pay, the price is doubled because the lady told me the guy misunderstood my question and only quoted me for one service and not the two I asked for. I then pointed to a large sign with services listed in categories with titles and I said when I pointed to that sign and asked him for a price for that specific package you mean to tell me that he thought I only wanted a price for half the package? The woman told me yes said she didn’t know what I wanted her to do and that I still want to buy a gift certificate. I kind of laughed said no thank you I’ll spend my money elsewhere as she was extremely rude to which she responded with get out of here you wasted my time. What a horrible way to treat people who chose to stop at your establishment specifically among all of the other places I could have gone.
I made my neice an appointment for 630. She gets there and waits & waits. Finally at 7 they call her up. They sit her down and walk away. Another women walks in and they move my niece back to the waiting area and take that women. We had no choice but to wait because she needed them done for the day after which is why i made the appt. The people were kind and explained they were understaffed and behind. I just feel like they should tell you when you arrive if theyre not able to keep your appt time. It was a mess. They were done ok, average at best. Def not worth the wait though.
I will ONLY let my favorite person (in general)and friend Ly Le. She is an amazing person and always takes a great deal of patience and passion in her art. EVERYONE is like family in my heart since I first came through the doors over 5 years ago.
Very nice staff, but…I’ve gone three times now, first time around Christmas for a pedi w/regular polish and dip powder on nails. Pedicure was good and polish actually still looks nice. I’ve gotten the dip powder on my nails now three times and each time they chip within less than a week. I think I’ve given ample opportunity for them to get it right, but I can’t keep wasting my time and money on a service that doesn’t even last a week. Not sure what the issue is…technique or old product.
