The pharmacist was extremely helpful and carried out a private and thorough consultation in the the private Consultation Room. He was very attentive and meant I didn’t have to wait forever to receive a doctor’s appointment to start a remedy. Great service. Thank you.
Glade Pharmacy were super helpful when I had difficulty getting my prescription filled elsewhere due to a shortage. I was able to speak to the pharmacist who was able to secure my medicine and kept me updated on the delivery. The experience was excellent despite it being a very busy pharmacy.
Come here if you enjoy being quizzed on your prescription in the public forum… had to get an emergency prescription via 111, the pharmacist subsequently quizzed me on the medication, why I’m taking it. Once I showed him I’d been on it for the last 3 months, he didn’t believe me and had to verify with boots.. save yourself the grief, go to boots
I came from Cyprus to visit my Dad and had my luggage stolen, including my medication. The staff and pharmacist at Glade Pharmacy couldn’t have been more helpful! Showed me how to request an emergency prescription on 111 and provided me with everything I needed for my trip. Thank you!!
Due to a serious health scare I have used Glad Pharmacy an awful lot recently . The service and advice has been first class, a breath of fresh air. Well done to all the team for there excellent service and helpfulness .
The WORST pharmacy in Marlow by a mile. I had a stroke in March and am having chemo so am prone to infections. On FOUR separate occasions my sister has collected a prescription only to find packets missing! The owner is exceptionally rude and instead of apologising at the inconvenience of having to make multiple trips he just blames the patient. This pharmacy needs new ownership desperately!
Very helpful pharmacist- always goes the extra mile with helping to source my children’s medication when it is out of stock.
