Loved the experience ????????????. I am not a scout but I went there with a scout to drop off a new volunteer. They are really Nice people.
The home of Scouting with camping and a host of outdoor and indoor activities to choose from including: aeroball, climbing, archery, grass sledding, leap of faith and raft building.

Gilwell funday 2018 was fantastic, the beavers and cubs had a great time.

Its a lovely, quiet (depending on event) peaceful area. Lovely view across Enfield from the hill (the quick)
Great place to go camping, heated toilet blocks.
Amazing camp site. Took the Explorer Scouts for the Gilwell 24 event. So many activities. Definitely worth a visit.
Most staff here are super lovely. Big spacious area. Good lodges generally. Mosque is beautiful.
The Scouts Association HQ. Interesting buildings, a faith trail, beautiful grounds with deer roaming. Ample parking (including overflow carpark).
Spent the weekend at Gillwell with my Explorer Scouts for the 24 hour competition. It’s a great site with an amazing sunset you have to go and see.
Went as part of a scout camp, the largest since COVID. Lovely site as always.
