Lovely cosy place with nice decor and music. Great coffee and hot chocolate and Gilou is friendly and loves his place. Yummy pasties, even a mince pie twist during the Christmas time. The street setting tops it off.
An awesome cafe right on the centre of BOA. A good selection of coffee’s and teas. A quaint view to look out on.
I called into Gilou’s today with my sister and we ordered two takeaway lattes which were the best coffees we’ve ever had. They were also made by a very friendly member of staff! If you love your coffee then I really recommend visiting Gilou’s!
Definitely the best place in Bradford-on-Avon for coffee. Always a lovely selection of cakes and sandwiches of which some are to die for. There's always jazzy music playing and the decor is beautiful. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable on the stuff he's selling. Definitely recommend this place!
This lone diner enjoyed a delicious and filling lunch - home-made soup and a tasty sandwich made with an excellent sourdough bap - and a top-notch coffee. chatted to the lovely owner and generally felt very comfortable in the convivial atmosphere. wish this cafe was around the corner from my flat
Gilou has the best coffee in town, single origin fresh ground, and the best cakes and pastries, most of which he bakes himself fresh each day. The lunch menu is lovely and there is beer and wine in the evening.
Should also say this is one of the friendliest places I have found in town to take a baby or young kiddo, with a toy box, some books and a friendly grin!

I normally give 4-5 star reviews. This was so shocking and rude. My friend and I was planning on having lunch and treats at this coffee shop yesterday. The man serving was so rude to me for using the bathroom that we turned around and left. We are local and will definitely NOT be going back. The Tithe Barn coffee shop was lovely with great food and wonderful homemade cakes in a much nicer location... The Tithe Barn is a must.
