This place is fantastic. Our food was cooked to order as we waited and was very reasonably priced. The customer service was excellent. We visited Gillingham as away day football supporters and we would definitely recommend this as the place to get hot food. Some of the best fish and chips I've had.
Great chips , I used to have the battered sausage with a pot of curry sauce.

Today we tried Fish & Chips from Gillingham Fish bar and we really enjoyed it. Will definitely be going back for more next Fish & Chips day. Batter on fish was lovely chips amazing curry sauce we really liked. My little girl had sausage and chips and ate quite alot. Highly recommend this to anyone who woukd like decent Fish & Chips. Food was not oily as some are very from other shops. We ordered over the phone to collect. Staff very friend very fast.
Absolutely disgusted with the way I was waved away to speak to the guy in the shop when I asked if she had any cod in the frier. Seemed to be more interested in the Uber drivers collecting. I’ve been using this fish and chip shop for years. Regular customers even customers going in to the shop have low priority over Uber eats and such like. They have now lost my custom. She was so rude with the waving of her hand.
Nice quality establishment with a very friendly attitude.
All the food is cooked in Frymax which is 100% Veggie oil with no GM and very low in trans fat so that's good.
