Recently made this place my pharmacy for my prescriptions and I am so glad I did! Every interaction I have had has been so pleasant with the staff being so kind and efficient! They always have my meds ready to go in record time and go above and beyond in every way! Truly cannot say anything bad about this place!
In my two decades of working professionally with Davies and the staff there, I have never found them to be anything less than helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. On a frequent and regular basis, they go above and beyond the call of duty, bending over backward to accommodate the needs of our service and residents, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their flexible and collaborative approach consistently enhances the well-being and quality of life of our residents, and our relationship with them is valued and very much appreciated.
This is an amazing local business. They're always helpful, almost always have what you need and provide an amazing service for prescriptions. Mr Singh is always happy to give friendly and impartial advice about how to treat minor ailments in adults and childrem.
Very pleasant, caring and helpful staff. I shuffled in, barely able to walk and with untied shoelaces due to a lower back problem and one offered to tie my laces for me. Had a helpful discussion about choosing a walking stick too. I've never had a long wait there either to be seen or for a prescription to be made up.
The staff need to go on a customer relations course. I have been going here on-and-off for over a decade because it is my local pharmacy, but it was my last visit. I had an atrocious experience today where the core issue was that I felt very devalued as a customer:
- The pharmacy staff ignored me/made me feel like I was invisible.
- When I asked a question about whether they had a medication the staff member at the desk just called out the name of her colleague and kept her head down.
- Finally the cherry on top was that my request was greeted by sarcasm. I didn't think sarcasm and belittling of customers was supposed to be part of the job-description of a pharmacist
Impolite and ill-mannered.
Best pharmacy by far that I've ever frequented. Lovely people, great service and always helpful if needed. Can't praise them enough. A world of difference to what I was used to before moving to the area a few years ago.
I go to Davies Pharmacy for my own prescriptions and find the service accurate and friendly. I also pick up for my parents and the staff are likewise very helpful. During COVID they have even been known to deliver the medication at a pinch. First rate and dedicated during this difficult time.
Absolutely unprofessional team. They forgot give me my important medication i got two mounts later despite I had had few time by other medication by prescription. Did not give me medication which was written by private dr because I did not give one time both prescription with additional information. They did not work helpfully and they problem solving attitude zero. After 10 years never go back to bye anything from them.
