Lee from Get Mobile was great, I had a serious fault warning light come up, called him and he was able to come and take a look 2 hours later. Despite the issue turning out to be a quick fix, he was thorough with checks and explanatory when it came to the issue, and also was very knowledgeable about other know issues to keep an eye on in the future.

After a failed MOT and a hugely overpriced quote, I called Lee. He was incredibly quick to provide a quote and gave me regular updates on how the repair was going (even bringing me the damaged parts and explaining why they had caused the MOT failure).

I honestly cannot recommend Lee enough, I felt extremely valued as a customer and appreciated the care he put into repairing my vehicle (and getting its MOT passed as quickly as he could). I am beyond happy with the service i received.

After lots of trouble with the battery and loss of power steering, my car was stuck on the drive for a week. I found Get Mobile on Google. Lee came out and did a thorough job of resetting, checking and fixing all the problems. Great work, and very friendly. He explained everything as he was doing it and gave me lots of useful advice. Fantastic! Thank you very much!

I needed help with my water pump to be replaced for my windscreen wipers. Lee came out to look at the car, left with my manual. Arrange days later to come to my home to repair the pump. He stripped the part out, replaced the part. Put all back together. The pump works but the water is not coming out the front pipes, only the back window pipe works. I have called many times, with little to no response. I have texted, called, left message and I am still waiting for help. So it looks like I need to look for alternate help to make other arrangements. Would have been better if he just responded saying he was unable to do this job that he never completed . Just common courtesy to respond.

Sorry but you took £167.00 off me in CASH with no resolution at the end of the day. I shall reserve my rights to seek relief regarding this "service".

I contacted Get Mobile following an incident whilst driving through a flash flood. I was impressed with the mechanic Lee straight away and his prompt level of service. The damage to my car was thankfully less than l anticipated. Whilst Lee dealt with debris issue he was kind enough to check my oil,water,tyres etc. Excellent service.Thank you.

Was recommended Get Mobile by Forge Garage just before Xmas, said i would contact after xmas to get a date for MOT called to make an appointment for MOT including collection and

drop off but unfortunately I have had no response. I have text, called left message, but no response. So had to make other arrangements. Would of been better if he just responded saying he was unable to it, but instead no response . Just common courtesy to respond.

Called up about 10 minutes ago with an issue another mobile mechanic said would cost a few thousand, however after speaking with the guy he told me a simple trick to get it back into drive so I could get it to a garage or himself, wasn’t trying to scam me out of hundreds but the trick worked, I would highly recommend this company for any mechanical fixes in the future!
