I asked for advice on adverse drug interactions with my relatively new prescription. Instead i got a bit of a lecture about how my medicine isn't the solution and I need to exercise and stop and take things in from time to time. Didn't appreciate this without knowing anything about me or the reason for my prescription. Very unprofessional, going to switch my nominated pharmacy to one that hopefully understands what their customers actually need from them.
I have been using Geepharm Chemist since 1996. This pharmacy offers excellent service. They advised me on payment options for my recurring prescription. My whole family uses this pharmacy and they go a long way to ensure our prescriptions are met timely. I on behalf of my whole family whom I've consulted with can say Geepharm Chemist are doing a great job for this community here in greenwich
This is a fantastic pharmacy! The expert team of staff are always friendly and happy to help. Myself and my partner use their repeat prescription service monthly, and also pop in for any additional needs we may have. We wouldn't go anywhere else now!
Gee pharmacy provide a phenomenal service! Staff are very attentive and caring to the needs of their patients. Blessing in particular deserves special recognition as she is notably professional and she goes the extra mile to ensure that our family are well looked after. Medication is delivered on time and quality checked, and the driver is always warm and friendly. I would highly recommend this pharmacy!
If you can - avoid! The pharmacy itself is unclean and the lady behind the counter is so unprofessional and so rude! After today, I am changing my nominated pharmacy as I had enough of eye rolling. Each time you go there she makes you feel as if you are disturbing her day! Today she shouted at some customer on the phone and after that she did the same with her male colleague when he tried to tell her that she should not speak with a customer like this! She is never polite! Gee pharmacy - you should make more effort in hiring people and be more considerate towards your customers. Disappointed. I am not even commenting about collection of the medicine. This is another story.
10:40am 8th Oct. 2022 - Blackheath Hill location. Shutter partially down. No cautionary warning displayed and banged my head on exiting. ( I am 5'.2" ). Barely an apology offered by the pharmacist on duty, rather a litany of excuses why shutter in position that it was. No query to find out if hurt or not - in essence she said was my fault for not seeing shutter. No responsibility acknowledged. Pharmacist turned away, perfunctorily stating "sorry" and so dismissed me. Shall monitor my injury and take appropriate action if warranted. Stunningly unprofessional.
If I could minus it I would, I made an order online to collect the nearest branch is over forty minutes away and I drive down to collect it today after being left a message that it was ready to collect and low and behold not only is it not ready but no one has any idea about it either, that I could deal with but the lady behind the counter is just outright rude apparently it's my fault because I should have come during the week as if this is my mistake if you are open at weekend you can deal with a sale, she was just rude and unhelpful and shame of it is there were other more obscure cleaning products I wanted but now I won't be spending any more money because of how bad this experience is. Shame you need to hire nicer staff or least better trained ones.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude staff whispering and being rude about me whilst I was there! Constantly moaning, rolling eyes and being so disrespectful every time I speak to them. They never pick up the phone, they have no manners, nothing is ever ready when it’s suppose to be & then they blame you for that. Tell you not to come on the weekends, then why open? Over priced items, the shop is a VERY unclean. They do not wear masks correctly even when they come from behind the counter. I would avoid at all costs!!
