The food was okay. The feta bread could have had more feta inside, and the pastry was a bit too thick. The milk baklava was nice. And the service was good.
We bought a cake today for the first time from this shop, it was the worst cake i have ever eaten!! It was not fresh at all I must say it has been in their fridge for at least 4-5 days. The actual sponge inside the cake was so dry none of us was able to swallow it. Probably they just bought it from cash and carry, i dont think it is freshly made!!!! It costs £18 and they mentioned it is strawberry and Oreo flavour but it only had a cheap white cream with chocolate chips filling with few chopped strawberries only on top of the cake. No this is not acceptable dont waste your money!
Lovely little shop with nice and friendly owners. The desserts are also good.
Sponge cake is dry, taste very plain, not impressed at all
Amazing baclava, especially the one with chocolate. Lots of variety and kind service
Tried other places near tower bridge and west London, and nothing beats the quality and freshness of their freshly baked baklava and tulumba. Unfortunately cannot say the same about the cookies.
Bought 2 pieces of trilece and imthey were great!
Birthday cake was absolutely disgusting and had an awful bitter taste and none of my guests could eat the cake. The food colouring used in the cake also stained my clothes and hands. I returned back to the shop to complain and i told the owner who made the cake that i would be taking the cake to the environmental health to be tested as i was worried whether the cake was infact fit for consumption because of the bitter tatse which was so awful.. He became extremely aggressive and shouted at me to never come back to the shop.
