Each employee always makes a conscious effort on a daily basis and its very apparent. Especially the younger ones are very welcoming and informative.
This pharmacy has been amazing to me throughout Covid-19. Due to my health, I was shielding for a year and they made sure all my medications were delivered to me safely. They went above and beyond when I had last minute medications ordered and again their delivery service was absolutely fantastic. They have provided amazing service over the phone and in person. I was given a first class service by Josh who went above and beyond to order me a specific surgical dressing that other pharmacies were struggling to source. He spent time contacting a number of suppliers and kept me well informed of delivery dates and when I'd be able to collect them.
Superb practice.Extremely knowledgable and helpful staff. Also really went out of there way in explaining the medication.Good old fashioned customer service. Would not use anybody else. Keep up the good work.
It's a small local independent pharmacy that gives superb customer care; solving problems and helping customers in a way 'Boots' doesn't!
1. They are closed weekends
2. Google was saying they were open on Monday but no one picked up the phone
3. When i got there i had to wait a long time for the prescription
4. They gave me an expired penicillin which could’ve had serious implications if i wouldn’t check!
