Chinese food has definitely gone down hill since their refurbishment, spare ribs were no good a couple of months back so thought i would give them another try !!! no good either and prices are a lot higher !! in fairness to them they did give a refund for them !
Great chip shop! We had a set meal A for £13. Great value for money and great food, fed all three of us, I would recommend and go back!
2 small negatives is that its cash only, so you need to visit a cashline before hand and the other is that on this occasion the battered fish wasnt the best.
Nice staff and food is good only complaint is chips a bit over cooked otherwise would of gave 5 stars
We bought 2 large fish suppers( 2 pieces of fish each).
Made to order so all was nice and fresh. Chips were amazing as was the fish.
The girls serving made our visit memorable by their banter to each other and the customers that were getting served before us. Definitely worth a visit

The best chippy in Ayrshire. Fantastically friendly staff, ample portions and not overpriced. I cannot recommend Garan Fish Bar enough. I would 100% recommend them.
Not very satisfied by my visit .
The young lady who took my order is very agradable and gently .
But the chips were not enough cooked , and one piece of my fish ???? had a strange taste...as if it was not fresh enough ... What a pity ... Next time I'll try another restaurant in this village .
