Car broke down in Forfar with my wife. We are from Arbroath area. Who do I phone ? Let's try Motech, knew nothing about them, fingers crossed. Five minutes after my call they attended, much to my wife's joy. Took car to their garage, made my wife a coffee and kept her comfortable till I arrived to take her home. Fault diagnosed, needed a part which was not available till next day. Kept me informed of progress until car was ready to collect. FIRST CLASS SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH ???????? THANK YOU !
Got quoted a price of 250 and the final price was 446 this was due to being charged labour for working on the car for 3 hours when the job took an hour as I live around the corner and saw the car get took in and then parked up . When I confronted them about this they said the labour came from diagnosis even though it was already diagnosed by them a few days before with the diagnostic machine i was there it took ten mins, they also added a 65 pound charge for use of workshop equipment and said I need a wheel bearing and after getting a second opinion now I know they are crooks
I had trouble whilst visiting Scotland it turned out to be a throttle valve I called at the garage and they checked it, they were closing and I explained I had to get to London they ordered the parts and managed to get the repair done swiftly the next day so that I could get back in time to appear on the business breakfast TV show, I was really impressed with the help they provided, in particular the owners help, the mechanics Gary who originally helped, and the young Lady Lauren who kept me updated throughout the panic, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Managed to fit my vehicle in for an MOT at short notice. Quick and efficient with very friendly helpful staff.

Broke down on way 2 Airport phoned motech who was with me within 15mins of calling recovered my car took back too his garage and he persevered and would not give up getting my car running again to ensure I made the airport on time went above and beyond and all for a small cost highly recommend 10/10 thank you again for your help!!!
