Food was just incredible, and the service was great and really fast. This is actually the first place we've eaten since moving to Northwich and I think it's going to be hard to beat!
The Turkish eggs were probably the best I've had, and the bread that came with them was amazing. My partner had the full English and said it was absolutely delicious. Didn't manage to get a picture of that before he ate it though. Homemade desserts were perfect - we had intended to just grab a quick lunch but both ended up having desserts!
Can't wait to come back here.
Chanced upon this little gem. What can i say? Amazing place. It’s a family run bistro and the food is wonderful. I stopped in here for breakfast and wasn’t disappointed. Full of flavour, well presented and friendly service. Smiles all round from the family running the bistro.

The GAIA is such a charming cafe. You feel at home with a pleasant and friendly welcome and quality service. Foods and desserts are delicious, especially Turkish Mediterranean and English breakfasts. Our kid loved the Homemade cheesecake. Will visit again at the first chance.
Delicious Turkish breakfast, lots of options for breakfast and lunch as well as some yummy takeaway options like baklava, cheesecake and many more. Really friendly staff and the place is dog friendly! We’ll be back again!

Amazing family run business, friendly staff, very lovely day for breakfast. Highly recommend it.
