I've known most of the staff and the owner for many years. All of them are nice decent genuine people who will try their best and help with whatever you need.
I had ordered parts elsewhere to get my car through a deadline MOT.
Found out they were going to be another week.
I went to GML and all the staff were so helpful.
I took the parts they had and they delivered more later that day and then the rest the next morning at 9am.
I managed to get the jobs done.
I can’t thank these guys enough their customer service is exceptional.
Great staff always helpful can get anything you need in and usually next working day if out of stock.
We had a boating emergency. Fan belt broke. Phoned at 8 am. Part was in store by 10 am. In conjunction with Diamond Cabs part was delivered to the pontoon on the river Trent. Prompt pleasant service. Thoroughly recommend. Special thanks to Andy.

After picking up a bearing for my car. The following day i was at college in Nottingham and working on the car, took the old bearing off, and when it came to fitting the new one, it was the wrong one, i csll the to say the jad supplied the wrong one and what van we do about it, there reply was, n our problem go find on in Nottingham
No BS, just really easy to buy from. Loads of parking outside too. Nice to support a local business.
