My Kenwood sound system touch screen had been smashed. Sent it to Fullers via royal mail, within 24 hours it had been repaired and sent back to me, it's now back in my car and works perfectly

Forgot my security key code on my touch screen kenwood radio. Posted it out on Wednesday then on Friday morning rang to say it is all done and on the way back! Amazing turnaround and very simple to do. Staff was very friendly on the phone too. Thankyou
I sent my kenwood radio to fullers to retrieve /remove the password as I bought the car a couple of years ago with the radio in it wasn’t standard so I didn’t have a password and when the power dropped on my car battery when I switched the car on the radio needed a code fullers did a great job it was my first time using fullers but I don’t think it will be the last very good to deal with communication was excellent

Hi I just wanted to leave a great review for these guys I had purchased a vechile last year not worried about the code on my kenwood dmx8019dabs then it req a new batterie of course lock out personal code ,so after contacting kenwood I was given this company's number brilliant service posted and returned very quickly ready to be plugged back in perfect ????

Referred to Fullers by Kenwood after a firmware update failed and "bricked" my head unit.
Good advice by phone, posted in special delivery for an advised 7-10 days turn around.
Phone call from Bob next day to say not only was it there, it was fixed and ready for return.
Unit back with me the following day and back up and running.
Annoying to have to pay for a repair when installing manufacturer approved software but that's an issue for me to take up with Kenwood... the service from Fullers was fantastic.
