such a friendly chap, the food was made fresh and tasted divine. Great value for money. great portion size. not a single drop of grease and very hygienic atmosphere. we was also given a free scallop with each meal. can not go wrong definitely by far the best chip shop in mexborough. won't be going anywhere but here x
Ordered large fish and peas, asked for the fish to be well done, it was cooked to order, excellent, the size was most definitely large but the batter was raw inside, I had to throw it in the bin. Asking for it to be well done was supposed to avoid this, so I presume the batter they were using was too thick, pity.
The staff were pleasant enough and the place was very clean. Please sort out the batter thing. The peas were good consistency, just right.

The couple who run it are lovely and really friendly. You get plenty and it's the only chippy that put more curry on than any other I've been to. They even gave me 2 free scallops. If you haven't been, definitely worth a visit. Top marks
First time we have tried the Fish and chip from here . But freshly fried and well worth the few minutes wait x great prices. very very nice x
The frying pan. I can honestly say this place is really really good. You get good portion sizes, the food tastes great , the 2 lovely people who own it are so kind and really good people.
