Everything was stone cold, ive just been sick straight after i ate some of it which leads me to belive i now have food poisoning, the chicken was as white as snow, the fries are undercooked, i am not happy at all with the order i recently placed and i am appalled by the whole dish in general. We have had to throw away the whole meal because it is stone cold and the chicken is undercooked. They also gave us wrong sauces aswell. I work in the food industry and this is absolutely disgusting. Will never be coming back. Worst meal ive ever had. £40 down the drain.
Was going to try as the foods look good on the leaflet. However, not even 1 star worth, should be 0! I have ordered my food online since 19.45 and not even arrive at 2300. Called 13 times but no one is answering the calls. Disappointed ! Hope you can improve.
Fritos is the sort of chicken place we needed - clean, funky and with good quality chicken. However :
- mistakes/miscommunication definitely occur, so be very clear with what you're ordering. Also be prepared to have your patience tested a little.
- when we went there was no water. They fixed this by giving us extra chicken.
The food is great, establishment is lovely, therefore I'm not going to deduct any stars, but I'll bear the two points above in mind when I go next time.
Would rate a zero. Place an order on their website with delivery between 6 and 6.45pm. Hadn't arrived by 7.30pm rang them and was told I asked for it to be delivered at 8.10pm which I did not. They said they would send it to me straight away. 8.30 rang again as still hadn't received the food to then be told that it has been delivered. Spoke to delivery driverthat said that he had delivered it to a John so I said who and they said they would ring me back. Have not heard anything back from them and still no food. Am really not impressed. Will never order from them again.
if I could give this place 0 stars then I would have. we were told that the food would be with us within an hour, however I was kept waiting for almost 2 hours. we had written in the notes that we would like specific sauces and this was further confirmed when we had called them after placing the order on just eat, as you can guess we received none of the sauces we requested. we paid extra for peri salt on to be put on our chips however our chips were plain. we then called the store and after not being sold by the empty promises of 'free burgers' on our next visit, we were then threatened quite that if we were to issue a complaint, we will be banned from ordering from them again! terrible experience, food nothing special, especially with no sauces! I would not recommend this place. avoid at all costs
Service is not all that bad although staff dont always understand customers. Food is decent, major problem is that they keep making mistakes on food orders, you can almost gurantee a mistake 1 in every 2 orders you place.
The food is too oily, too spicy and too much coating is added. The chicken gets lost in the thick coating. Their chips are nice though when not too oily.
terrible experience, didn't receive order and got hung up on. do not order from here very disappointed. would rate 0 stars if i could.
