Just read other the other comments and wanted to share my own shocking experience with the receptionists here. They are rude and racist…..you can see clearly whilst in the waiting room and watching how they deal with patients and talk openly about them in front of other patients. The manager has clearly given up, how can you still be the rudest dentist practice in watford for several years!
The clinic needs a new manager!
Absolutely horrific clinic. Had to deal with another of the rude receptionists that everyone has been complaining about whilst trying to book an appointment. Told her I’d have to complain about her and she refused to give her name. Next thing, the practice manager, Jean, calls me to claim that the receptionist felt I was rude. Made excuses for the gaslighting and literally spoke over me, interrupting me and refusing to allow me to complete my sentence…..yes I recorded the call!
Was happy to book me in with a new dentist, which I said no to, quite possibly one that they have trouble filling up the books of. Then writes back to ask me to change clinics loool. Jokes on you, whilst you had been scrambling around refusing to train your staff on basic etiquette, I’d already been and seen a new dentist. Worked out well for me, but another one star for you!
I've gone to this dentist and hygenist for well over 10 years.

I really don't understand the negative reviews on google.
The receptionists have always been polite and cuteous when ever i have been there or spoken to them on the phone. I can imagine they have to take the brunt of it being at the front of it all.
During covid this practive also handled the situation much better than other dental practices that my family attended.
Great appointment, very comprehensive consultation and both dentist and nurse were very kind and listened to all my concerns!
Hello to everyone with common sense. Stay away from the practice for your mental health. I when in yesterday to make an appointment to get a check up and needed a filling too, was looked at by their other clients like a bit of dirt on a shoe. I asked the receptionist how much for a check up and all she kept repeating was they are private then showed me a price list on the wall.
Because I was in work clothes she assumed I can’t afford to have it done there.

Rude and unaccommodating receptionists as well as the practice manager (Janine) borderline shouting at me on the phone about a misunderstanding over a booking whilst I was on the way to pick my mum from the hospital. After switching around my dentist multiple times without explanation, they had a go at me for wanting to book with my original dentist of 15+ years and put a note on the system so I could never see that dentist again - for no reason. I have been suffering from disabling tinnitus which the ENT consultant said may be attributed to dental problems and amongst dealing with a new disability I had to deal with horrendously rude and heartless staff who were making my life more difficult for unwarranted reasons. As a medical student myself it’s a shame to see how poorly patients are treated when they are at their most vulnerable.
If u don't do check ups every 6 months they will remove you as a patient forever. Stupid.
I would put 0 stars if I could!
The way that the receptionists and practice manager speak to patients is appalling, especially when the patient is already unwell. Also, asked for a simple appointment swap with a family member, but it was overcomplicated for no reason.
