Friendly staff always smiling & helpful, even if my medication is sometimes out of stock (which happens in ALL pharmacies) they are very apologetic and let me know when I can come and collect the missing items, no complaints at all, 5 stars, much improved since the new owners have taken over.
If I could rate 0 I would. Shocking pharmacy. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone at all. They don’t order medication in when needed. I have to wait a week at a time for my 4 month old son’s medication which then leaves him screaming in pain for a week without it. Disgusting
Excellent service, staff couldn’t do more to help me get my medication sorted out. Had my meds delivered free of charge as well!
Visited today with my mum the lady that served us gave no eye contact, no smile , hardly spoke , she was like this with all the customers we watched her serve, even when the pharmacist called mum's name he didn't lift his head up, although I had to laugh when mum commented she wouldn't like to be on Xmas do with that lol ???? absolutely shocking customer service

most incompetent staff I have ever encountered, looked baffled by the words “Lloyds Pharmacy” and refused to give me my (now very much overdue) prescription because they “don’t do that”. Met snakeoilsmen with more competence in their pinky than these lot. Appalling
Always a problem when I go in, despite ordering in advance, but it seems to be getting worse. Ordered my prescription 1 week ago, still had to wait over 30 mins for it and I never heard any staff apologise for the wait when finally handing out to customers.
Third time in 8 months gone for my repeat prescription to find it shut. Due to no pharmacist present.
It is an absolute disgrace must be worst chemist in Pontefract, if not in the County.
I am done with them, so unreliable. Counter staff are fine but the pharmacists clearly don't care about the needs of the patients only turning in if and when it suits them
