Congratulations. Lovely family run business who has been there over 20 yrs. Customer Service is on top very friendly staff. Well done Monica and Sharna and the rest of the family that helps out occasionally. Every thing I have eaten has been very tasty ???? Keep it up.

The oxtail was tender and delicious. I’ve tried food from many Caribbean restaurants and I have to say the flavour and quality here is second to none. Great customer service especially from the young lady at the till ( I think her name was Sharna). I will definitely be returning ❤️????
Listen I wanted beef soup and got BIG CHUNKS of fat... Waterey soup no flavour. Okra in beef soup? Is the best part.. As soon as I'm better ill drive down there and take this rubbish back... Write off.. Yes those are chunks of fat... there are more
Called in for some road trip snacks for my journey back to Cambridgeshire. Picked up some filled dumplings ( salt fish, Ackee, fried plantain) and jerk chicken. All super tasty and fresh. Got my arm twisted too to try the coconut cake, which I kept for my homecoming and had with warm custard and it did not disappoint!
Really warm and friendly welcome too.
Will definitely call again next time I’m in West Norwood.
I have been a customer of Fresher Bakery since they opened in c2003 and can say that the range of caribbean takeaway menus and the customer service received from this family run business are second to none.
The staff are always very polite and friendly.
The food is well presented and the lunchtime menus are very popular with staff and students in the area. Portions are generous and reasonably priced and orders can be placed by phone for collection which I find very convenient.
My experience using this service has remained positive over the years so I would definitely recommend this to others

Whenever I get food from here I always get the patties and jerk dumplings. Their jerk dumplings are so soft and the sauce that’s on the chicken tastes heavenly! I love eating from here, the food is fresh and cooked daily and you can definitely taste that. Plus the staff are so friendly.
I like this traditional family business because they are super friendly and mix so well with everyone in the community. Of course I also love the food, but I especially appreciate the way Monica sets up all the hard working local tradesmen with a nice honest dinner. Pure respect to all at Fresha for keeping the community close to heart. XX
I walk past this takeaway twice a week and finally decided to give them a try. I eat a plant based dairy and meat free diet and so it's usually very difficult to find a Jamaican Restaurant that would cater to that. Fresha Bakery had lots of options. Not only was the food delicious, healthily cooked (not dripping with oil) and authentic tasting but the service was excellent and the owners were very friendly. I would highly recommend and look forward to eating their food again.
