Our first visit was on a Sunday at about 11.30am. We were told straight away that they only do Sunday dinners on Sundays, rather than their normal menu.
There was a choice of 4 meats for £10.50 or any 3 for an extra £. The food arrived quickly, absolutely steaming hot, just as it should be. We were both immediately delighted that the food had a nice flavour, as did the gravy, and the stuffing was nice. After a good many bland Sunday offerings in South Wales, this was very welcome!
The cook should be very satisfied for a bloody good day's work but, if she wants something to improve, I'll be honest and say the roasties were neither hot nor crispy and my turkey was too thinly sliced and thus a bit unsatisfying. Actually I suspect you served me bought-in thinly-sliced pre-cooked sandwich turkey, but I might be wrong. It was nice enough and the meal overall was very good.
My partner chose beef and that was more thickly sliced and more delicious!
Anyway we'll be back soon enough for some of your other dishes on a different day, thank you.

Great breakfast, was huge and delish. Prices v food as well. Amazingly friendly staff, and all round awesome cafe. 10/10

Best Breakfast I've had in Years
A beautiful Sunday lunch. We had pork which was tender and delicious. A lovely range of veg and gorgeous gravy. Good value for monry. I think we may become regulars. Thank You.

Excellent Sunday lunch at Frenchy's Ebbw vale ,good vaule for money. Would definitely recommend if not cooking.
Have takeaway Sunday dinner from here regularly during winter. (During summer, away at caravan on sunday)
Usually very good value. Cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, peas, potatoes boiled and roast, three choice of meat, Yorkshire pud.
Ample meat, not enough potatoes. Usually 2 small boiled and roast.
Plenty of gravy, I think is home made, not packet.
Phone them in the morning, pick up your chosen time.
For 7.50 each, not worth cooking yourself. We usually boil a fem potatoes to go with it.
Pleasant staff.
Sunday dinner is a must. Meat just melts in your mouth. We had a 3 meat selection, beef, lamb and turkey, all for £9.50. Extreamly tasty. Would highly recommend
