Best KPortal Reviews

Incredible shop with top quality groceries, cheese, jarred goods, bakery, deli meats. Obviously not cheap, you pay for the premium, but would be a great place to buy a gift for a foodie, or to get picnic supplies for a special occasion. The owner is lovely and chatty, willing to answer questions. Would recommend a visit :)
Once of my favourite shops in Cambridge. Excellent sourdough breads, gorgeous array of cheeses. The croissants are also that perfect combination of flaky on the outside but rich and soft on the inside.
We are occasional visitors to Cambridge and stumbled across this shop by accident. We now never miss picking up a loaf of their extraordinary bread whenever we're there. Genuinely a treat. My husband says you can tell it is made with real dedication, even love.
Everything Frederic makes and sell is really top quality, I never tried something from him that is not great.
I usually purchase bread and cheese (the Manchego ????????????)
Today my partner and I tried the almond croissant, why we bought only one??!
Best croissant I had in a really long time, so many layers????.
You can really see the passion, merci!
We love this place, Frederick is such a nice guy, he's very knowledgeable and sells only the best produce, in town. The shop is beautiful, over looking the river by the punting.
Great place for artisan cheese, wine, and food! Frederic is very knowledgeable about each product, and clearly hand-picks each item.
Excellent in every regard. The owner is very friendly and knows his products and their sources better than most shop owners. If he makes a suggestion, take it! You will not regret it. The cheese is divine, the saucisson is some of the best I've had (that includes Paris), there isn't a boring bottle of wine anywhere to be seen, and the fruit will make you wonder whether you've ever truly had good fruit until this point. Everything else we've tried is to the same phenomenal standard. This is a must-visit in Cambridge.
Top quality food. Stock changes regularly, but you can guarantee that whatever you get will be from small suppliers. I particularly like the yoghurt, which comes in reusable glass pots.
