I’ve had some negative experiences at this pharmacy. There’s lack of customer service from certain staff members and an issue with overcharging for medication.
The male pharmacist was rude, and had to be 1 of their employees to call me back apologising and offering for me to pick up the medicine for the normal rating price.
I won’t come back and recommend to avoid.

There staff r always friendly and accommodating to our needs.
They even deliver medicine when we have forgotten to collect my mother’s tablets.

My local pharmacy for decades. Mr and Mrs Patel are incredibly good at what they do. The counter staff are also very helpful. They communicate well if there are problems.
Very bad service that I received from this pharmacy! Staff and also manager are very rude /unhelpful and unprofessional because they provided me wrong medication for my mom , even did not say sorry! Please don’t go this pharmacy, they will kill people giving wrong medication ????!!!
Pricey product... The nurse said it should cost about £20. Boots, online service has it for £44. You guys charged me £65.????????
