Stooped to an all time low yesterday.... Might I advise the owners check who regularly goes in and out of the gents toilets. It seems a lot of the patrons have a 'columbian cold', if you get my meaning.
the staff were horrible to my disabled daughter when she asked to be helped in since there was no wheelchair accessibility. the owner of the pub was rude and laughed at her. everything is expensive, and the food is raw and horrible. Never go here
Brilliant pub can't fault it. The bar woman with the big black dog is fantastic. Had a nice drink and a lovely ham and cheese roll. Will be back again
Always great bar service in this pub but this is constantly let down by the ridiculous music volume. There seems to be no concept that some people would like to have a quiet pint and a chat rather than be deafened by music. It's a pub, not a disco. I will not be returning.
Great beers, great staff, nice “local”
Lovely local pub, friendly staff and great atmosphere. The Tall Chef street food pop up was amazing. Yorkshire pudding wrap, all your roast dinner needs in a wrap stuffed to the brim with meat, veg, stuffing and gravy and some roast potatoes and pot of gravy on the side ???? with the best gravy I have ever tasted look forward to becoming a regular and the chocolate brownie was to die for although I did have to take it home as full up after my wrap. Love love love this chefs food ????
Good local pub, big garden with great music at the weekend.
A cosy warm place in the winter. A nice well kept garden in the summer months. A very well kept real ale, the best for miles around, with friendly locals and staff. My new regular pub that I travel 2.5 miles to get to and we'll worth the effort.
