This wasn't the first time we had gone through a mortgage application but have to say this was by far the easiest. Sandra takes the stress out of the process. She is calm, friendly, expert and professional at every stage, and somehow managed to pull rabbits out of hats when required. It's great knowing that you don't just have a mortgage broker but someone who cares about their clients and strives to meet their needs irrespective of challenges. I would recommend Sandra and look forward to working with her again at re-mortgage time.

I got in touch with Sandra to help me with a mortgage when I had been left waiting and been very stressed by how unresponsive other mortgage advisors had been. Sandra was very quick to get back to me and offer advice and was very patient and understanding with me from the beginning, I’m not the best with technology therefore sending paperwork etc and she talked me through everything and answered any questions I had promptly, I would highly recommend Sandra and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
