I can not rate this garage highly enough. Been using them for 6 years, joining my brother, both sisters and my parents (who never used to use garages as dad did all his car work himself, as he didn't trust garages!). For all of us, Fowlers have been excellent. They are 100% trustworthy, always incredibly helpful (including on the phone, when I have often had long conversations about a vehicle fault) and they never overcharge or try and rip you off in any way. I could list numerous times they have gone above and beyond for all my family members. We're incredibly lucky to have them in the area.
Huge shout out to Robbie. I had bought the car a few hours before and had a massive issue with front brake pads while on my way back across Wales, Needing to get back home to Mansfield I called him at 5:15pm as he had been out. He was recommended to me by another garage. I explained my predicament to him and he said give him five mins he will see if he can get pads this late. Less than two mins later I've a call back saying carefully bring it to him which thankfully was only a mile away from where I was. He took the car in at 6pm and a hour and a half later he had sorted it. He changed pads on front. Changed the calliper as that had seezed solid. He then checked the rear brakes, all the suspension, engine fluids etc to make sure it was safe to get me home even now I didn't know he was doing it, I was so lucky it didn't warp the disc. He really went the extra mile to make sure I could get home safe as he could see how rattled and stressed I was. In his words "I always like to help others in need as you never know when you may need help yourself" The service went above and beyond. Thanks to him I'm now home safe with a working car. Best service I think I've ever received in the motor trade

Fowler's are great. They're very patient, they always do a good job and they charge a reasonable price for work done. I drive an old vauxhall which is riddled with problems and Adam and Rob always patiently take her in and sort her out! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I've used Fowlers to service my car once before and it was fine. I recently got a broken spring on the Sunday I was supposed to be driving to Scotland so had to delay departure. Called Fowlers Monday morning and despite being fully booked for weeks they fitted me in and got the thing fixed. So grateful, real lifesavers.

I can't rate Rob, Adam and the rest highly enough, they have been looking after our cars and vans for nearly 10 years now. Service is excellent, always willing to explain clearly, very competitively priced and stunningly helpful. Won't go anywhere else.
