Very unpleasant "services". They just have a Burger King and a Greggs and four dingy dirty toilets, one of which was out of order. Does not deserve to get a sign to it from the A11. If you are heading north, keep going to Newmarket where there are nicer facilities.
Update: visited six months later, toilet still out of order and I don't think they have cleaned the toilets since the last visit. Absolutely disgusting.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Toilets in a filthy state and actually need complete refurbishment. Reported this to staff in Greggs and was told it was 'nextdoor's responsibility'. Staff appeared to be both bored and universally deaf. I ordered clearly, but was asked to repeat everything as it seemed it was too much trouble to listen properly the first time. Will avoid this place in future and can see from customer reviews that my experience is far from unique. At these prices, I would expect a modicum of attention to cleanliness and for someone to take responsibility.
The guy in Greggs here just gave me a free coffee because the Octopus app wasn’t working to claim my free drink. Very kind of him and very much appreciated
Worst services carpark ever so many potholes and rubbish everywhere despite numerous bins. Toilets were far from being clean. After this there was no way we were stopping for food.
Do yourself a favour and follow the signs that direct you past the service area towards a side road; you will have a far better life experience if you drive past it and never experience the true horror that is the inside of this building…
No disabled toilet - marked “out of order” for well over a week. Pretty disgusting regular toilets, litter everywhere - friendly staff though.
Interesting bit of abandoned cafe/hotel over the back - probably more hygienic to just have a wild wee there rather than the actual toilets, if you don’t mind a squat.
Couldn't find any toilets apart from some revoltingly filthy ones in the Burger King. No soap to wash your hands after visiting the worst toilets ever. No supermarket type shop except the petrolstation. Would definitely not describe this as 'services'. More a petrol station and Burger King with disgustingly dirty toilets.
Absolutely appalling place - don't stop there if you can avoid it. You'd never believe we'd had a pandemic. Put rubber gloves in the car and wellingtons. Disgusting.
