This is without a doubt my favourite chippy I have been to, the food has always tasted on the better quality end and the wait time is often just a matter of seconds. Portion size is also very good.
I would not have my Fish and Chips elsewhere! Their haddock is second to none and home made chips are actually home made and not frozen pretenders! Love it love it love it! Everytime same perfect crunch on both ????????????????????
Best fish and chips ever
Some of the best fish and chips I have ever had, seriously! The lady who works there (think she is the owner?) is always sweet and happy. Even though I only go 1-2 times a month she recognizes me and knows what my "usual" is :) Food is always fresh and hot, portions of chips are huge with delicious flavour, fish is large and batter is crispy and delicious. I always have leftovers and have never been disappointed.

Best fish and chips in Reading town for sure. So good I am now on the other side of town and will still travel to Tilehurst for it ????
Good value for money, good range of selection on the menu, quite large portions, quite fast service.
Whenever I visit my friend who lives near by we always go here. Brilliant food and friendly staff. Wish I lived near enough otherwise it would be my goto fish and chip shop.
