This is my local takeaway and I felt compelled to leave a review after my last couple of meals from the fabulous Fortune House. Whenever my wife goes out with her girlfriends for a meal, I really look forward to a king prawn curry with egg fried rice from Fortune House. The consistency of the food is always superb and the huge prawns are fresh, sweet and juicy. Service is always quick and friendly, so lucky to have such a great takeaway nearby!

Rats cockroaches on floor went to toilet there was poo on it there was hair in food waiter gave me a dirty look amd the water was dirty 1 star do t go there ):
Local takeaway serving a good selection of freshly cooked dishes to order. Street parking outside. Covid restrictions in place and free masks/hand wash available.
Our normal Chinese was closed The Heron in Standon . This was a chance order & the food was very very poor . A gloomy mess with very fatty cuts of pork . Chicken & cashews straight in the bin it was covered in some weird gelatinous clear gloop very odd . Needless to say the Heron will be getting my 100% order in the future.
Very busy the night I visited and unfortunately I could not ring to place my order however the atmosphere whilst I waited was brilliant Can never fault the food and the staff are always friendly
