Best KPortal Reviews

it was an exceptional experience! The service was impeccable - attentive, friendly, and efficient. The presentation of the dishes was a real highlight; each plate was a work of art, showcasing the food in gorgeous shapes and arrangements. It truly stands out as the best Chinese restaurant in London, surpassing even the well-known spots in Chinatown. Plus, the prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality offered. Highly recommended for an unforgettable culinary journey!
Very good food! The portions are very big and delicious. The staff nice and friendly! Highly recommended! ????
Here serves really good Chinese food. Much more authentic than some restaurants in Chinatown. Price is quite good. Cheap and delicious.
It's not difficult to find good Chinese cuisine in the UK, including Sichuan dishes.
However, my partner insisted that the Edible Frog Hot Pot at this restaurant is the best Chinese dish they have ever had in the UK! Personally, I think it's quite good, but I must admit that finding the Edible Frog Hot Pot is not easy!

update: they increased the price of the dish i mentioned below to £13.8. And I found the portion downsized.
Do not order the £25 毛血旺("duck blood in chilli oil") because its pork blood and a good portion of it is glass noodle. Not authentic thus not worth it for the price and disappointing.
Increasing the price is fine but at least you should keep the quality and ingredients good, portions the same. I dont see myself coming back in the near future.. I hope the restaurant will improve the quality of some of its overpriced food to match the higher price when I do come back.
To potential customers: the westernised chinese dishes are more reasonably priced here. The "authentic" chinese dishes seem to be arbitrarily priced higher.
------original comment (which i gave a 5/5)------
I can responsiblly say as a chinese person that it has one of the most authentic yuxiangrousi 鱼香肉丝 in town = Legit sichuan chef. Good value. What else to ask for?
Really enjoyed the Chinese foods here. Genuine taste and friendly price
Hot & sour soup was super tasty; Singapur noodles ok - too large of a portion for me ;-)) paid &19.40 for those and a 0.3 bottle of beer ;-)) could do with a bit cleaner bathroom ;-//
The nicest Chinese meal we have had and we have travelled around the world. Cannot fault it in any way at all. Food was hot and incredibly tasty. Staff friendly, if only we lived closer.
