Two out of the last three times I've been there, the incorrect food has been provided. Both times they've admitted their error and a free meals been given for the next order. Both times the order and the mentionof the order has been correct from the counter staff. Therefore, there's obviously an issue withthe kitchen staff. Also, the chips which were extras, were stone cold.
Usually get Singapore egg fried rice, spice mixture is typically 10/10, had it at other places and its not actually been spicey with the only flavour being the traditional curry powder from supermarket n that sucks. Kingdo sauce ribs 10/10 sauce is perfect and ribs always loaded with meat and having good tender texture. Roasted duck on its own not the pancake type stuff, meat is tender and easy to chew but full of flavour.
Picked up a takeaway curry was fine. Chips good. Roast chicken with spring onion very nice. But the rice was pretty well solid. I can only assume it was left over from yesterday feeding to the birds.

Excellent value and tasty food. Double check the cooking method as some things are a bit different. My kung pao chicken was not battered just poached in the sauce. Tastes very savoury and moreish nonetheless. Egg fried rice is a very basic version too.
A tale of 2 halves... my hubby’s roast duck was lovely as always but we had problems with the chicken .We ordered chicken chow mein and a special chow mein. The chicken in both dishes was revolting... slimy, gelatinous, inedible. I rang to complain and asked for a replacement but was refused our chosen replacement because of a small price difference which is annoying.... because we are the ones inconvenienced and having to return to collect another meal . My daughter couldn’t be bothered in the end . Poor customer service and we will order elsewhere from now on :(
Lovely food!. Polite, helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble. Food was fresh, tasty and ready on time, even on a busy Saturday night. It never fails to hit the spot.
Ordered off their website waited a hour for two longs trays phoned them they said they didn’t have my order so I said send my money back to my account then wow they found my order said they was going to cook it there and then had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be delivered the rice was dry the chips definitely hadn’t just been cooked they were hard and there was about a tablespoon of curry sauce on it waste of money
