Staff friendly and chatty even as it was very busy. Kept reserve tables at front were we sat with our dog. Maybe pricey to some, but you pay for what you get. A special treat. Everything tasty. My wife raved about her goats cheese salad. Knickerbocker glory a real treat.
A review from the heart and sorry it's taken so long... Mum and I found this amazing place a good few months back, after Christmas and so glad we did. We found that food in Llandudno was losing it's touch, certain places altered menus, the heart and soul had gone, but... Walking in to Forte's, What a breath of fresh air and I say from the heart, just that. I'm blind, so use a long cane. The standard of service we received was absolutely amazing, First class and no joke there I can tell you. You'd be amazed at what range of food they offer on the menu, it's extensive and caters a wide range of tastes and get this... a CHEF with a heart and soul bigger than any dinner plate. Whenever you go in, the atmosphere is just like being surrounded by family, and what better than that. Worth every penny. The management are top class, Anna and the team make you feel so welcome you don't want to leave. Now you tell me of anywhere better than that? I doubt you'll find it anywhere else. The chef even pops out every so often to get to know the customers and for me, realising my disability, treated me with such decency and care, never experienced that before. It doesn't matter whether it's a family, you're on your own, business customer, whatever, Please, I highly recommend you visit this amazing restaurant. You won't regret it. A warm, relaxing atmosphere, staff skilled in providing 100% 5 star service and food to blow your socks off, just make sure you put your socks back on before you leave!

Came in here with my daughter for a bite to eat. Staff and the service is very good. We shared the Welsh rarebit, a veggie burger and a grilled goats cheese salad. All the food was very good, maybe a bit too much food tho! It's in the city centre, so parking might be an issue. Prices are reasonable, food is excellent as are the staff, especially Chris who gave us the last 4 seater table even though they were only 2 of us :)
Sat down came over with menus, then took ages to asked what we wanted to order ,we had put the menu down stopped looking so they could see we was ready ,pizza was lovely son really enjoyed it ,mushroom Stroganoff with pasta was nice but not enough sauce with the pasts the last have of pasta had no sauce on it eat it dry . Waffle and ice was lovely, Maple syrup that came with it seemed watered-down very running and did not tast like Maple syrup. Crepe with cherries tasted nice over all but crepe was to thick more like a pancake .
Called in here day after Boxing Day for a spot of fresh air after the Christmas festivities. There were 7 of us in the group, including 3 children.
A lovely and very attentive waitress took us over to a large window, overlooking the sea and shifted 2 tables together for us. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We all enjoyed our tasty snacks and drinks. A very pleasant experience, and we were very impressed with the customer service. ????
Beautiful restaurant, professional and attentive staff and an excellent chef who personally checked our satisfaction. Service second to none. We thoroughly enjoyed their festive dinner which was excellent value for money and couldn’t resist their well renowned ice cream. Spotless hygiene and perfect background music. Would definitely recommend. Thanks to Paul, Simon, Anna and Russell.
Fantastic waitress who was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The Greek salad tasted fresh but the pizza was bland and looked pre-made. The restaurant was clean and well staffed.
