Fabulous pharmacy with great staff. I order my prescriptions online and can collect that day or next day as they always go above and beyond . I have recommended them to lots of others who have switched to this pharmacy. Staff always helpful , pleasant and polite. Brilliant service !!!
1st time using forest pharmacy as the one I normally use are a waste of space I phoned them up and they were so so helpful and managed to sort me some emergency medication as nobody else could/would this has stopped me having to spend time in hospital ???? absolutely amazing friendly and so helpful

Super knowledgeable, trustworthy. It may take some time to be served but in this instance its worth it. Ive never had a single mistake. Muhammed the lead is incredibly astute and has been on hand numerous times for our family. With accurate diagnosis the Bestwood hero is as close to a doctor you can actually see. Correctly identifying my son having allergic reactions as opposed to the eczema diagnosis that the doctor had originally said. Following an allergy test the pharmacy was correct. They are heroes.
Not professional, doesn’t respond and makes mistakes on medication. Don’t recommend but I’m not a pharmacy professional.

We collect regular prescriptions and pop in for over the counter products and advice as well and a restock on essential bathroom products.

Really slow at dispensing even when there's no one in the place.
Waiting over half an hour to collect a prescription that just needed a label sticking on a box. The prescription was sent through 4 days ago, yet they don't fill it until you are in the shop, then you havw to wait.
People coming in and getting served before us.
Had already spoke to them to say that it was to be collected today. Really poor process, different to every other pharmacy I've been to. Will be travelling further away from home from now as even that would be faster.
Absolutely brilliant service I called to say I would be there at a certain time and meds was ready as promised staff are so polite and pharmacist even made a point of telling me he didn't do 1 item as it was cheaper to buy it off the shelf
