First visit to this surgery. Was very surprised to get an appointment within the week. The Doctor was absolutely lovely and got me referred straight away, she was thorough and I didn't feel rushed at all
I registered with this practice about six months ago. I am having investigations and treatment for three different condiitions, all coordinated through the practice. I am being very well cared for, and everyone I've met has been efficient and genuinely friendly. I'm very impressed, thank you.
This Surgery is an absolute disgrace from the lazy absent Doctors to the extremely rude receptionists. Most Doctors aren't even at the surgery which leaves me wondering why they employ these rude receptionists as they certainly aren't taking appointments. Money under false pretences comes to mind from all concerned.
I’d leave no star if I could, receptionist couldn’t care less, doctors ask for a photo instead of physically seeing you. How can you diagnose something from a low quality photo of your phone? terrible service
It's not great to be honest! You can't make an appointment because you call you at 8.30 am to try to get an appointment but its always 'outof appointments' it was really good about 10 years now it's most likely to worst one to go too.... I walk in there every now and then to try to book an appointment and they always say there out of appointments when they's only 1 person waiting! If you manage to book an appointment then your very lucky! Very rude staff too!
Phoned to book an appointment this morning to talk to a GP about a possible issue and was told to expect a call sometime on 19th Feb.....so 20 days from today.....let's hope its nothing serious
Absolutely no standard of care, been left extremely ill and bed bound due to neglect from this doctors surgery
The 5 stars are for Dr Renshaw not the practice. She has been fantastic in my recent health journey, she has listened, validated, advised and been helpful. The practice is better than most and even though there are long waits on the phone and sometimes you can't speak to a doctor they are generally very helpful if you treat them with respect.
