Had four new winter tyres and sensors fitted to winter wheels here. So friendly, efficient and professional, as well as a good price service.
Had a roadside breakdown at night- rescue company took vehicle to this garage- the part was order the next day and fitted immediately it arrived. I had no prior booking and was very pleased with the swiftness of service, the attitude of staff ( friendly and helpful) and the very reasonable charge- well within quoted limit.
I will definitely use this garage again and happily recommend them to others. Thank you.
Great service. Balanced wheels that previous tyre company had not balanced properly. Also noticed break callipers on one wheel was binding and fixed his too. Thank you.
I have had contact with the reception 'manager on several occasions. Asked politely if they could change a garden tractor tyre and got a very short reply. On another occasion I stood, ignored for 8 minutes while he talked about trivia to a friend of his before deigning to acknowledge my presence. Awful man.

I put my car in for a normal MOT expecting it to fail as it had not been used for some time.
I had a phone call informing me that the vehicle had failed its Mot as expected and that the price would be nearly £800 to rectify everything and to retest( I was not expecting that)!!
Bear in mind the car is only worth around £300 as an old banger just to get to work and back.
I bought the parts and I went to another garage, who couldn’t be more helpful and loads cheaper.
I have heard horrendous things about station garage at Wool but never believed it until the experience that I had there recently.
When I picked my car up I was met by a young behind the counter man who is clearly wet behind the ears, he commented in a very aggressive manner that he was just about to call me.
I will never use this garage again for anything and I would never recommend them for anything, I shan’t even by petrol there anymore.

Popped in with a flat tyre; fitter found a small puncture, repaired it and I was in and out within a half an hour. Very efficient and friendly.
