Just had my suspension done front and rear,extremely efficient and helpful service,would absolutely recommend Folkestone motors to carry out any repairs to your vehicle. And I might add was very impressed with the cost of repairs,will be using their services again.
I'm quite nervous when it comes to garages and cars, so when I went to folkestone motors, my mind was put at ease. David and the team were very thorough, and talked me through what was needed for the MOT with no unnecessary selling or jargon. I was so impressed I've also recommended the place to my mum! Thank you for all your help guys!
My BMW X1 has required some major repairs recently to the transmission and turbo, am so pleased I left it in hands of David, a real professional engineer, repairs have been completed and my car is back on road with minimal inconvenience, can’t praise them enough for the first class customer service I have experienced, have no qualms to recommend their excellent service , thank you Folkestone motors ????
Have used this garage many times and always found them very professional, trustworthy and at very competitive prices. Would not go anywhere else. As for the person "the one" who rated them a 1 star because google bugged him for a review, all I can say is what a bell end.
I thought I'd check the reviews on this garage before taking my van in. The consensus was 5 star, so having had the van serviced & MOT'd there, I also mentioned about how poor the brakes were. I picked the van up & first time it's driven properly since owning it. Stops on a penny now thanks to the guys sorting the brakes and astonished how cheap it came to. The staff were extremely pleasant and took time to explain what had been done. For all you guys that have marked less than 5 star I think you're probably best off going to annoy another garage. Highly recommend
Had the cambelt changed on my car here and Dave sorted out the central locking which was a really fiddly complicated job he even went out of his way to source cheaper parts having some bits delivered from France to keep the price down I would highly recommend Folkestone Motors to anyone that needs work done on their car.
MOT time, even though my car didn’t pass, David was so much help with advice, we be first place to recommend !
Even though I live just under an hour away from this garage, I honestly would not go anywhere else these days. As a female motorist, I have finally found a garage/ mechanics that I can rely on and trust to fix my car, do my MOT with the knowledge that the work will be completed to the highest standard and I won’t be charged for ‘cheeky extras’!
