Well worth a visit. Called in for breakfast. Good food, cooked well. Freshly ground Flows coffee blend and a great teapot of Brew Tea company tea. Perfect!
Dog friendly. Parking nearby (2 hour limit).

Popped in for a coffee with walking friends and was not disappointed. Service was excellent, a jug of water and glasses brought to the table together with the coffees. Both oat milk and cows milk available. Looking forward to trying out the evening Tapas dishes.
Went along another time recently and again not disappointed. Great well-trained staff who actually cleared AND cleaned the table fit us without being asked.
Id go for the coffee and cakes. But the food wasn't great and quite expensive. Awful bread used for the open toast. The waiter also didn't have great etiquette, leaning over, holding the glass around the rim rather than the bottom, little things like that. Otherwise lovely and will defo go back for cake
Wow! What a find. Lovely relaxed place to chill, even outdoors on the street picnic tables as the sun made an appearance, have a glass of cider, and a sausage roll to die for, with a chutney that I would love to have the recipe for. Staff were friendly and made my wife and me very welcome. Next time I must try one of their lovely looking cakes. Just wish this was on my doorstep or within cycling range.

Visited 18/06/22 for the evening Tapas. We found out by chance that they offer food during the evening and so glad we did. We chose 5 out of the 7 dishes available and it was enough for us. The setting was lovely and even though it was a quiet night we did not feel rushed.
The staff were all lovely and was nice to chat to the owner as we were leaving. All dishes priced at £6 each which we found to be reasonable.
There are no draft beers, so my partner had bottles and I had a bottle of Red wine. Just be prepared to pay a little more for the alcohol. But with cost of inflation etc this is to be expected.
I think a little more advertising on social media platforms and this place could be full every week.
Really enjoyed our lunch here last Tuesday. We were served by the delightful Clare who was so friendly and efficient and great at her job in welcoming customers, explaining the ordering process and seating arrangements, even though she was very busy. We both had the Welsh Rarebit with bacon and it was excellent. Lovely place which we thoroughly recommend. Thank you for such excellent service and food.
Had a good night in Flows tonight. Pizzas, great olives and a few drinks. Laura is running a lovely little atmospheric place. Live music ???? also. Great evening all round.
