Firstly, the one star is for the job actually given, rear door, rear lower quarter etc. That was done relatively well and looks decent.
The missing 4 stars is for the rest of the work, or lack of. And all of the additional damage the vehicle now has.
Car was handed back absolutely covered in dust, inside and out (car was given having just had interior valeted).
Now I understand, it's a workshop, dust and stuff everywhere. And this wouldn't even be mentioned if not for everything else that's coming up, so it is being mentioned.
The 5 times I've dealt with GSK however (bodyshop on same road), the cars come back washed and clean AF. And there's just no excuse having my interior caked in dust, dash, seats, lcd screens and digidash etc, no excuse for all the dust "inside" the car. This is not the image your social media portrays, all clear shiny lambos etc.
However I assume the dust was there to try and hide a few things! Also, handed over in pitch black, I also assume to hide.
So where should we start.
Loose / missing rear arch liner bolts.
Loose / missing rear bumper inner bolt (behind arch liner)
Damaged rear passenger interior sill trims (multiple metal clips just bent from being pushed back in by someone who doesn't know what they're doing, or care). Sill trims clearly poking up when inspected closer, from the clips being damaged.
Sanding marks on what was an immaculate rear spoiler. No care or attention and over-sanded onto it.
Flaking clearcoat lines where you masked off onto the roof.
Rear bumper blend not polished at all in the middle, entirely dull paint.
Burn / melt marks from pulling tool touching rear doorcard.
Pitting on rear door glass from using zero protection whilst doing metal work. My tinter pointed this out 20.12.23.
Whoever the individual was that worked on my car WG16 UYU clearly does not care about pride in work, but RDB as a whole should of checked over the work before releasing the vehicle to me in that state.
Staff were all friendly at every stage I must add.
I leave this review instead of approaching directly as there's not a chance in hell I'd leave the vehicle with them again, so no other option.
Like I said, you done all the hard work well! Clearly can do decent jobs with paint / pulling etc. Totally let down by respect for the car and all the small damage and missing things.
Best part of £1500, very disheartening to get the car back in that state. Ask GSK, they will vouch I'm straight up guy.
Very professional workshop. The staff is great and very friendly. The communication was brilliant. Everything went smoothly. Got updates the whole time and the result didn’t disappoint me. Great job great service. The price also customer friendly one of the best bodywork shop for sure. Highly recommended!
Great car body shop with brilliant customer service! I came to RDB for repairs after a large front accident. High quality work and quick, constant communication with them over WhatsApp and the phone. Highly recommend!
Had my Audi resprayed over at RDB UK, they helped me go through pricing, I decided that I wanted to paint my car in a different colour, so I decided to go for something different and made a custom shade/paint colour so it was just what I wanted.
The quality of the job done is sub par, but the way the colour sparkles and shines is nice! I love the colour even though it isn’t quite what we had initially formulated, and it really is just a shame that the finish isn’t upto scratch. I also had several dents on the panels which they did paint less dent removal for, though they somehow missed a few relatively large ones, (mainly from using my bonnet as a table whilst it was in there) and also dented my doors whilst it was in there and fillered them, leaving waves.
They lost several items on the vehicle as well as breaking a few more, so be vary wary when picking your vehicle up that everything functions as it should. They can put out good work, but is seems to be very inconsistent.

Fitted my spoiler on the same day of it arriving, nice and quick and good staff! Will be visiting again.
Amazing customer service & work! I had given them my car to work on after having damaged the rear end. They had given me a quote over the phone and then once the vehicle was done, they had the car washed and polished before returning it to me. Absolutely recommend RDB to everyone, I think it’s the only professional place in luton. Thank you once again RDB.
Great experience with RDB UK. I travelled from the Midlands to have some work done on my car. Excellent service and the job was top quality. Definitely recommend.
