The team at Firth Park Car Clinic are brilliant! Lots of other garages send cars here to be MOT’d and worked on, so I thought I’d just take my car there myself. The team here do excellent quality work, show you the parts they’ve taken out or replace and where they’ve gone wrong. They don’t complete work that’s unnecessary either. Whilst my car was in, they also did some bodywork for me, and my car is back to looking perfect!
This was one of the most delightful and hassle free experiences I have in my entire life.
The proprietor of this establishment was an absolute gentleman. He was outstanding in his level of service and care and there was no issue with any monetary transactuons,
in fact I feel I owe him considerably more. He went over and beyond to help me with my car repairs and I purchased a car from him, without him batting an eye lid over the price.
I have been around the world over, Firth Park is certainly a gold level of customer experince. I would recommend these chaps to all for their friendly and helpful service.
