Only half the order arrived. What did arrive was tasty but took over an hour and was cold. Shame, they used to be reliably brilliant.
Waited so long to have this pizza and wings again. So disappointed. Pizza tasted like defrosted dough and wings were undone. Half of the order went to the trash can. What’s happened to you Firezza?
Been to that shop, staffs are grumpy don’t know how to greet customers. Pizza was okay but no customer service, they ignore customers for oncoming deliveries.
Got a pizza last night after work! The team was very nice and welcoming and helpful the pizza looked beautiful and well done
I couldn't be more disappointed as I haven't been able to eat. Pizza was cold, tastes and looks like it was made a week ago. The Aragostine pastries are hard and stale, and the advertised ice cream was missing. The chicken wings were also missing from my order. Only positive point is the San Benedetto Peach ice tea.
Easily ordered and picked up within 15min on a Saturday evening. Temperature was fine (not cold like people complaining). Staff friendly and efficient. Pizza itself was good. Better than a Dominos style takeaway.
I ordered a delivery pizza from here a few nights ago. It was never delivered. Contact numbers don’t work (even for head office) and I’m still trying to get my money back. Avoid like the plague
The most gobsmacked I've ever been regarding a delivery.
Firstly these pizza's took about an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive, when finally getting here the pizzas were freezing cold and I mean absolutely cold.
Secondly the taste....what taste?. Hardly any cheese, toppings sloppy and half cooked and tomato sauce was so bitter in all honesty the while damp thing was inedible. Straight in the bin. I'll never order from these people again. Atrocious!.
