We enjoyed the food here appart from the childrens pasta, I do NOT recommend this. It had clearly been sat there a while and was dry and congealed together,I do think the food could have been hotter as was only warm when it arrived at our table. The staff are lovely

The food was very disappointing and very over priced . Both of my childrens pasta was cold and stuck together so you could tell it had been left for ages. My and my partner were surprised by the lack of food on the sharing platters especially as they are £30. Plus it was pretty flavourless. My chicken didn't look fully cooked but I'm not sure if it just looks that way because it's chicken thigh. We couldn't get any staff attention. No staff asked us how our meals were. Would not recommend and we won't be returning.

During our stay this year we only ate here once, we were not disappointed. We were advised of an hours wait for food on arrival, however our orders were taken within ten minutes of seating and our food was with us within half an hour. The gentleman serving was very professional an friendly. Will be popping in here next year.
Had a very pleasant experience w/ family, staff was nice, forgot my drink when the drinks had arrived, but was a small mistake so I don’t mind at all.

When you come to the food it’s the worst grilled chicken I have eaten in my life .
Boiled chicken then they put it in the grill, over cooked, but they sell it as it’s grilled chicken , small portions for the side dishes .
Horrible taste , delay in the order , the restaurant was almost empty and it takes around 30 mins for our food to be served .
They try to fake Nandos but there is no comparison, prices are higher as food quality it poor .
The only good staff was canned beans and a bottle of beer even they did not give me a glass to drink , they served it as showed in the picture.
No,no ,no,no.... chicken burger made from poached on morning chicken breast and then just slightly grilled on order.... no brioche bap or even floured bap... ciabatta roll instead..... burger reheated to temperature just above room temperature!!!! No busy at all, maybe 4 table with customers. 4 chefs behind hot pass lights.... NO EXCUSES FOR THAT!!!!!
