Colin is the most genuine Motor Specialist/Mechanic in the area. As a female I only trust him and he really does a fantastic job of looking after you and your vehicle.

Excellent local motor specialist, a local gem. Colin is top notch, great work and a thoroughly nice chap to boot. Really happy with the service, being quite new to the area and it's always a nightmare finding a trustworthy garage, but had a really honest and friendly experience getting my car through its MOT with the necessary repairs at a fair price. Only going here from now on for any work that needs doing
They were extremely helpful, picked up my car when I was at work to take it to the garage and dropped it back off at our flat. They helped us understand what was wrong with the car and kept us regularly updated with the different things that needed to happen to fix it.

I took quotes from all nearby garages and they gave me the competitive pricing with excellent and friendly service. Best of all is that their mot and full servicing includes full car outside wash and dry which gave such a nice feeling of real servicing the car. It was unexpected and felt really nice when u see washed sparkly car after servicing.
I haven't got a maserati or a rolls royce but my old banger was treated like it was a precious car and to me, it is. Nothing was too much trouble, above them or beneath them at Ferndown, sadly this is a rare quality in the motor industry. Both Colin and Stan were pleasant and friendly to speak to, they listened to me and advised me through the repairs and costs. All too often mechanics of today don't really seem to want to do very much work but want a considerable amount of money, too many are unapproachable and seemingly indifferent to their profession. Ferndown are happy to rise to a challenge and really helpful in every way, Colin even offered to drop the car off at my house! Fantastic workmanship and customer services to boot! I am so pleased with this garage I won't be going anywhere else. A rare gem and brilliant high street find. Thank you.
