Had pain, went to see rebecca.. She was very rude to me and didnt listen to my problems, upset me alot. So they advised me to have a root canal done, to still have problems. Now the same happening the other side and rumors of hes selling up. 3 years ive been neglected and so has many others!! Its not on. Its not fair. The stress alone will deteriorate peoples teeth and oral health. So i had an appointment booked over 3 months ago for today, i arrived and hes running late, also they cant even find me on the system!! Here we go again. I just want help!!
Went to them with toothache, they said I would need a root canal but availability wasn't for two weeks which I get. However they were more interested in selling me braces (which no other dentist I have been to said I need), instead of treating what I went to them for. Also, the prices they charge are extortionate, I would not recommend them and I will never use them again. I have got a better service elsewhere for less money.
If I could give no stars I would had multiple appointments canceled last minute finally got to see the dentist said I need a few filling and he will ring me for an appointment.he never rung so I did they said it would take three months for my appointment witch was fine three months later the day before my appointment got a phone call to say it's cancelled and they don't know when my next one will be . He never turns up or cancels on the day what a joke of a place
Literally in pain I can’t breathe properly got constantly drink water to help the pain which in result making me sick and can’t sleep but can’t get any help from staff there pathetic go any place else
My first appointment was actually pretty good. I was seen, given comprehensive x-rays and was told I would need a filling. They also suggested I book with the hygienist for a scale and polish. I was particularly impressed with how they worked to find a day where I could have both works done together.
However, 20 minutes prior to the appointment I receive a phone call whilst on the bus being informed that the appointment is being cancelled as "The dentist isn't coming back".
Having looked closer into the reviews it would appear there's an element of lottery pot-luck in relation to if the dentist will be there.
This is a lottery I have no intention of playing and will be looking for another dentist.
Shambles of a practice been waiting since January 2022 for an appointment, had 7 if them cancelled day before or on the day with no reason.
New management, excellent lady dentist. Very reassuring.
Dentist are great the receptionsts on the other hand need a personality check, the attitude on them is shocking grinning and smirking because i had to be de-registred as when i made appointment they told me a time and when i went for treatment on time they told me i was late and had to de register me, no kind of customer service here at all.
