Una vera esperienza culinaria di gusti e sapori. Ogni piatto esprime esperienza e competenza di chi li prepara. Dal saluto della casa al dessert é stata una continua scoperta. Eccellente la qualità dei prodotti. Team giovane sia in sala che in cucina e molto preparato, (qualche difficoltà con la lingua italiana ), ambiente semplice, raffinato, completamente nuovo e molto attento alla sostenibilità. Locale assolutamente da provare.

Cena sublime, uno spettacolo da vedere e assaporare. Ottimo servizio, con grazia.

Un ristorante a dire poco "spettaccolare", veramente uno dei pochi posti dove sono stato cosi bene...

Gia il percorso per arrivarci è una strada panoramica che ti lascia a bocca aperta... il panorama sulle dolomiti, lo schiliar.... una vista magnifica. Dentro la struttura dello SchartnerAlm- si trova questo piccolo angolo fine - "feines Eckl". L acoglienza della gentile e splendida Michaela: che diroge il servizio in maniera gracile, con assoluta professionalità ed umiltá è uno degli aspetti che mi ha convinto di piú. I piatti fatti e serviti dallo Chef Jackob Eckl: un poema. Complimenti a questa giovane copia che tengono uno dei migliori ristoranti che io abbia mai sperimentato in tutta la mia vita. Grazie per questa esperienta culinaria. Ci rivedremo !

Kurz und knapp: Einfach phantastisch!

Die Gerichte bieten ein einzigartiges Geschmackserlebnis. Jeder Teller wurde sorgfältig zusammengestellt und zeigt kreative Kombinationen der modernen Küche. Zudem besticht das Menü durch Regionalität und Saisonalität. Der Service war äußert aufmerksam, die Weinempfehlungen passten perfekt und von der erste Sekunde an fühlten wir uns sehr willkommen. Das Restaurant ist zudem herrlich gelegen und bequem erreichbar.

Es erwartet einen ein junges, freundliches, kompetentes und ambitioniertes Team. Das Essen ist ein großartiges Geschmackserlebnis mit Finesse. Ehrliche und qualitativ hochwertige Zutaten ohne Schnickschnack. Die unterschiedlichen Grüsse aus der Küche spiegeln die Leidenschaft, das Können und die Kreativität des Kochs und seinem Team wieder und machen neugierig auf mehr. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

An art on the plate and real culinary experience in the middle of beautiful mountains.

The restaurant offers tasteful menu rich of various flavors, creatively served on the plates and full of colors. I am vegetarian and even when the menu is made mainly of meat options, the staff is kindly opened to serve you vegetarian meal options. My taste buds were dancing with joy, especially when eating the griessnockerl slice with carrot cream, falafel with corn cream, homemade fluffy bread with tomato butter, Madagascar chocolate with mint sorbet, matcha cream tartalette and many more. The food was accompanied by great wine and served in a cosy elegant space. Restaurant is run by very talented people, the chef Jacob, the head of service Michaela and waiter Sara. Together they're creating welcoming and friendly atmosphere and honestly they are doing such a good work here so I really recommend to stop by for a delicious dinner!

Einfach perfekt

Wir waren innerhalb unserer Urlaubswoche gleich 2x dort, weil es einfach ein kulinarisches Highlight gepaart mit perfektem Service ist. Das Essen extrem gut aufeinander abgestimmt, die Atmosphäre entspannt und der Service unaufdringlich aufmerksam. Alles rundum perfekt und Essen auf Sterne-Niveau.

Absolute Weiterempfehlung.

What a place surrounded by conifers and a wonderful terrace with nice views, we were welcomed offering an aperitif and even a tasty small bite as amuse gueule - inside we experienced a very creative and tasteful cuisine on a high level, you can choose from 4 to 7 courses, pricing seems okay given the quality and the exceptional service you get at this place! I hope all the efforts pay out and many guests come and enjoy this little gem in Ritten
