Went today for the Iftar buffet and everything was just perfect. The food variety and quality was amazing and for a buffet they had just enough quantity of everything. The atmosphere is warm and the people are very friendly and nice. Definitely coming back again.
From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance. The elegant decor, coupled with soft lighting and tasteful arabic music, created an atmosphere that was both sophisticated and comfortable.
The menu boasts a delectable selection of dishes that cater to a variety of palates. Each plate is a masterpiece, meticulously prepared by a team of talented chefs who clearly have a passion for their craft. The presentation of the food is simply breathtaking, with vibrant colors and artistic arrangements that make each dish a feast for the eyes.

Hosted a Lebanese gathering at Fairouz! The buffet was outstanding including the mains and desserts. Highly recommended for Lebanese and Middle Eastern food
Lots of options on the menu, and the food is tasty. The decor is really nice with Fayrouz songs playing all the time. The service was really friendly and helpful, but a bit flimsy. Other than that a really good experience, one of the best places I've been to in Manchester for Levantine food.
Updated: Went again in Ramadan for their open buffet, the food was amazing, really tasty. The buffet had a good range of options and the people were very friendly. It's not easy to provide good food for a lot of people when all of them are eating at exactly the same time (as happens with Iftar in Ramadan), but Fayrouz excelled at this!

I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing the culinary excellence of Fayrouz Restaurant when they catered our wedding, and I cannot begin to express how incredible the entire experience was. From start to finish, Chef Rami and his team at Fayrouz delivered an unforgettable Middle Eastern feast that left our guests raving about the food long after the wedding ended.
One of the most significant highlights of our wedding was the food. From the moment the Middle Eastern dishes were served, you could see the amazement and joy on the guests faces. Some even went as far as to say, "we have never eaten and will never eat better food at a wedding again," I couldn't agree more.
What truly set Fayrouz apart was their commitment to delivering food that was not just good, but exceptional. The dishes served were nothing short of spectacular. The Kibbeh was a flavorful delight with its perfectly spiced ground meat and bulgur shell. The Baba Ghanoush was creamy and smoky, the Hummus incredibly smooth and rich, and the Cheese Bourak had a crispy, golden exterior that gave way to a heavenly cheese filling. The Grilled Chicken breast was tender and juicy, and the Lamb chops were succulent and perfectly cooked.
Fayrouz and Chef Rami exceeded all expectations. The food arrived at our tables promptly, and every dish was served at the ideal temperature. As for the price, every penny spent on Fayrouz's catering was worth it and more. The quality and quantity of the food, combined with the exceptional service, made it an outstanding value. We were left with no doubt that we had made the right choice.
If you're planning a traditional Arabic wedding or any event that demands the finest Middle Eastern cuisine, I wholeheartedly recommend Chef Rami and Fayrouz Restaurant. We can't thank them enough for making our special day a success and we would gladly choose them again for any future event.
