Oredered through Just - eat delivery time was good. I ordered 3 pieces of chicken and some spicy wings. Wings fine however I would not expect 2 pieces of side breast when ordering 3 pices of chicken. Side breast is the cheapest cut and disgusting dry and greasy. Instead of coleslaw I got cold bbq baked beans that were inedible. Just Eat response - send photographic evidence - oh yeah my camera shows cold. Thios restaurant been good in the past but will never use again after being put to full proof ofmy complaint. Just eat app now deleted
I had to wait 12 minutes for chicken, which is fine but when ordered 2 pieces of chicken, the guy at the counter refused to give me the chicken I wanted (two thigh pieces) he said NO, because a customer who ordered after me also wants thighs Absolutely absurd and horrendous customer service.
One of our meals came with undercooked chicken that was still raw in the middle. When I contacted the shop the first person said they couldn’t hear me or understand me & I was then passed over to someone else who also needed me to repeat that the chicken was pink & undercooked about 7 times. I was then told their manager wasn’t there & that they’ll phone me once he was back to sort out the issue with our meal, to not much of a surprise we got no call back. So there was one meal that was completely inedible due to it not being cooked properly & the other meal was completely dry & tough. Never really have many issues with this place, none worth calling up & complaining over. But when I pay for a meal that is so undercooked it’s still raw in the middle I expect to get compensated. Very poor customer service & shame on the person who didn’t bother to check the chicken was actually cooked all the way through.
Order was completely wrong just keep blaming just eat will never use again avoid at all cost
I ordered a chicken burger meal tonight and donner meat and chips. My chicken burger meal did not come with chips. When I rang up the shop they were “adamant” they put the chips in the bag (but they didn’t). They then offered to give me free chips on my next order to which I said this is my first order and this will be my last order and so I had to go without the chips.
My son then opened his food after coming off the phone and the donner meat was over cooked and burnt so it just ruined his food as he could not enjoy it.
It is one of those tiring long days when you order a takeaway being really hungry but then get disappointed by the above.
Best chicken burger we've had, large, succulent, well seasoned chicken. What mayonnaise do you use, it was really light and tasty? Great chips. And chicken wings very generous. Late night delivery, reliable. 5 stars.. Thankyou for a great service
I've notice people that order of uber eats always complaining about their food. I won't never use them as not from this place I had a complaint too about my food too. But I've noticed if you go into the shop yourself and order its so fresh and hot. Had some great kebabs from this place infact better than anywhere else. Chips good as well as chicken & burgers we like the food from here don't go morleys no more these are better. Never had a bad stomach from there food. I would recommend a visit and not use uber eats. Nothing wrong with the place what so ever ????
The chicken was fresh and the chips were perfect - nice spicey hot wings. I was pleasantly surprised given it was a 1am order! Just goes to show cheap late night food can and should taste good and feel fresh
